Please include your role (admin, teacher, or parent), madrasa name if applicable, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Common topics
- Joining a madrasa: use the Duksi code provided by your madrasa admin
- Parent approval: admins approve parent requests from the app
- Teacher access: teachers join with a Duksi code and are approved by the admin
- Account & password: use Forgot Password on the login screen
